Step by Step

In this activity you will have the opportunity, for about 1 hour, to board a falucca and sail along the Nile River . You will be accompanied by an expert guide, with whom you will learn about the history and culture of the Nile River, as well as the various places of interest along its banks.

The falukha is a traditional Egyptian wooden boat. It is one of the oldest forms of navigating the Nile and has been used for centuries by the Egyptians. As you travel along one of the longest rivers in the world, you will see the ancient city of Cairo, the largest and most populous city in the Arab world.

Along the way, you can enjoy refreshments and snacks as you bask in the warmth of the sun and the breeze of the wind from the river. An ideal way to enjoy nature and get to know one of the most important places around which Egyptian culture revolves.

The Nile River is one of the longest rivers in the world and is considered the "artery of life" of Egypt, providing the water necessary for agriculture and human life. The Nile is approximately 6,650 km long and flows through several countries, including Ethiopia, Sudan and Egypt, before emptying into the Mediterranean Sea.

Cairo, meanwhile, is the capital of Egypt and the country's largest city, with a population of more than 20 million people. The city is famous for its impressive ancient monuments, such as the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, as well as its bustling street life and vibrant cultural and gastronomic scene. It is also known as "the mother of all cities" and "the city of a thousand minarets".

Upon completion of the activity, you will be picked up from the pier and driven back to your hotel or place of residence in a private vehicle.

Good experience, very enjoyable and with incredible views from the cruise. We really enjoyed the sunset and the time we spent cruising the Nile River, although we would have liked it to last longer.
