Step by Step

Combine your passion for travel with your culinary side and experience Carioca cuisine first-hand. In this class, you will learn how to cook typical Brazilian and Rio de Janeiro dishes. While enjoying some delicious caipis, you will learn various recipes, cook with an expert and enjoy your own creations.

This plan, together with a small group, is ideal to take a break from your tourist itinerary while still exploring the local culture.

You don't need to be experienced, your instructor will guide you through the process of preparing each dish. You will learn the best techniques for the different recipes, so that you can then replicate them at home to delight your friends.

You will be able to choose what to prepare. Whether classics like Filet Picanha or Moqueca de Mariscos with cassava, farofa and others that are a must in any Brazilian menu. All this, paired with fresh caipirinhas and a dessert such as brigadeiro, will make your gastronomic adventure a sensory experience.
