When you arrive in La Vall d'Uixó, the town of Castellón, you will board a boat to start your tour through the largest underground river in Europe, crossing the Caves of San José.

You will be amazed when you see the caves illuminated with underwater spotlights that allow you to clearly see the textures and colours inside. Some of the rock formations have acquired curious figures similar to dinosaurs, crocodiles or jellyfish.

    Our host Joaquin was brilliant. He taught us so much about the Iberians and the Roman Empire, the cave formations, Spain and Valencia in general. The cave tour was absolutely breathtaking and I couldn’t recommend it more.
