Imagine a genie who talks (a lot) and lives inside a lamp. And a flying carpet. Now, imagine the desert in the middle of New York. Sounds impossible? No. You just have to venture into the magic world of Aladdin on Broadway. The musical adaptation of the classic Disney story will do the rest. With completely new songs especially created for this show and the stellar performance of the genie, who takes over the stage and acts as the perfect master of ceremonies. Reviews place it at the same level as its older sibling, “The Lion King”. Even though you know the ending by heart you won’t be able to hold back your emotions, and you’ll end up with the feeling that nothing’s impossible when it comes to Broadway magic.
