Among the many things to see and do in Las Vegas, SeaQuest offers one of the most alternative experiences to the main circuit of The Strip. Aside from the city's best casinos and most famous hotels, you can discover this interactive aquarium that offers shows for the whole family.

SeaQuest is an ideal choice if you are visiting Las Vegas with children. In this aquarium you will be able to travel through the five continents through its marine fauna. You can discover sharks, rays, sea turtles and also land animals such as exotic birds and Asian otters.

You can buy tickets online at the aquarium's official website or at the ticket office at the time of your visit.

I advise you to always try to buy them online, as they come with a 25% discount on the final cost, so you will make a significant saving if you buy them in advance.

Also note that as with the Shark Reef aquarium tickets, SeaQuest tickets are in high demand as it is a popular attraction during the summer and peak season months.

If, for example, you are visiting Las Vegas in December, you will find a huge influx of tourists in the city, so in those cases I advise you to buy your tickets in advance to access the discounts and to avoid selling out.

If you're planning a one-week stay in Las Vegas, the annual pass may not work for you, but it could be useful if you plan to travel more than once in a year.

If you want to visit the SeaQuest Aquarium on your own and you've also purchased the Go City Sightseeing Pass, it's ideal to organise an itinerary to get the most out of the sightseeing card.

The SeaQuest Aquarium is an interactive experience where you can visit the exhibits and the different marine wildlife tanks, so you don't need to take a guided tour. You don't have to take a guided tour, but just follow the signage as you go around the aquarium.

As with the Shark Reef Aquarium or the Titanic Exhibit in Las Vegas, SeaQuest is an immersive experience, so each visitor organises their own tour and is their own guide.

Also note that SeaQuest Aquarium is geared towards children in many of its exhibits, so all of its exhibits are accessible to all audiences.

It's worth buying tickets online rather than at the ticket office at the time of your visit because you'll get a 25% discount, which can be magnified if you're visiting the aquarium with a large group.

You should also keep in mind that SeaQuest is one of the most visited attractions during peak season months, so tickets may sell out or there may be long lines at the entrance, although the latter is rare as tickets are fluid.

If you visit Las Vegas in the winter there will be a smaller influx of tourists, although you should be aware that during the Christmas season tickets may also sell out.

Another aspect to consider is that SeaQuest is an attraction designed for families and children, so if you can, take the time to see it in its entirety.

If you are planning a short stay in the city, you can take a quick tour of the main exhibits and ponds that will take you between an hour and a half and two hours. In that case, here is a list of all the things you can do in Las Vegas in 3 days.

The best time to visit the SeaQuest Aquarium is during the summer, as the weather will be more pleasant to walk around the ponds and experience the animals. In addition, the aquarium could provide a refuge from the heat of the Las Vegas desert.

If you visit Las Vegas in winter and it's snowing, you'll see one of the best views of the city on Maryland Boulevard, especially during Christmas Eve, when Christmas lights invade the avenues of Las Vegas.

Located on Maryland Boulevard, SeaQuest is a bit of a departure from the main hustle and bustle of Las Vegas, and therein lies its charm, as you can discover the city beyond its neon lights and glowing billboards.

SeaQuest is a haven from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. Despite its proximity to The Strip and Fremont Street, it breathes a very different air.

If you choose to do any of the extra-cost activities, you can also access special exhibits and get even closer to the animals that inhabit the aquarium.

Also not to be missed are the exotic aviary that crowns the highest point of SeaQuest, the temporary exhibits and the permanent display in the butterfly house.

This adventure through the rainforests, deserts and oceans of the world is an interactive experience for the whole family in a way that's unlike most Las Vegas attractions.
