While it is true that almost everything in Bodies The Exhibition is interesting, some elements are more impressive than others. Here are the ones that personally caught my attention the most.

Healthy organs vs. diseased organs

In one room you will find what is perhaps the most revealing part of the exhibition: showcases where you can see real, healthy organs of our organism placed next to diseased organs, almost always the result of bad habits or neglect.

The collection includes healthy lungs placed next to lungs completely blackened by the effect of smoking; enlarged hearts as a result of being overweight and finally cancerous tumours extracted from specific organs - impressive!

Once you start the tour of each of the spaces it will take you an average of 60 to 90 minutes. It is ideal for combining into a rushed travel itinerary.

The exhibition will be open from Monday to Sunday, from 11am. However, closing times vary slightly depending on the time of year and month you visit the city.

During the summer months, the exhibition generally stays open until 8pm (last entry allowed at 7pm); in autumn until 6pm (with a last entry at 5pm) and with the arrival of winter in Las Vegas again at 8pm (last entry allowed at 7pm).

My recommendation is that, once you are sure of your travel dates, you should check the closing time before booking your tickets to the exhibition.

If you buy a ticket to the exhibition you will have access to the Casino area, as well as explore the social areas of the hotel such as the gardens and restaurants. Take advantage!

As soon as you arrive at the exhibition, a staff member will ask you to pose in front of a green screen before you enter. You can politely decline the request, unless you are interested in buying souvenir photos at a price of 20€ or more per photo.

Inside the exhibition you are allowed to take pictures as long as you meet the following requirements: firstly, no flash on your camera or mobile phone and secondly, no videos for commercial purposes are allowed unless you ask for permission in advance.
