Step by Step

A river cruise is the perfect way to get around Bangkok. The city was born on its shores and remains a vital artery of communication. Choosing this activity entitles you to a buffet dinner with local and international cuisine, a cabaret show and drinks. The boat passes close to the following attractions:

  • Wat Arun - Cambodian style temple complex erected on the right bank of the river. Its tallest tower (Prang) is over 80 metres high.
  • Royal Grand Palace - A complex of buildings that houses the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew), a sacred image of great importance.
  • Rama VIII Bridge - Connects the old town (Visutkasat) with the Arun Amarin area and is recognisable by its asymmetrical structure. It was inaugurated in 2002.
  • National Museum of Royal Barges - These vessels were used for military purposes, whereas today they are mainly used for religious ceremonies. They are lavishly decorated
  • Asiatique The Riverfront - A large space that serves as both a night market and entertainment centre. It is also home to a large Ferris wheel and the famous Calypso Cabaret.
  • ICONSIAM - The largest and most luxurious shopping mall in the metropolis. It is recognisable by its large, 300-metre-long façade made of special glass and angular shapes.
  • Phra Sumen Fort - One of the few survivors of the old Bangkok, which was surrounded by walls and watchtowers. It was built during the reign of Rama I (1782-1809).
  • Wat Rakang Kositaram - The Temple of Bells. During the reign of Rama I, a huge bell was discovered here. Today a huge replica can be seen in the garden.

The route is particularly spectacular thanks to the illuminated monuments. If you wish, you can also arrange to be picked up from your hotel.

Very nice cruise, the views at night, full of lights... it was spectacular. The price is very good for everything they offered us, we didn't have to pay 1 dollar more.

We got in touch earlier because we were already in the area and wanted to see the sunset. They picked us up from where we were and everything was A1. The service is very good, the food unlimited and very tasty, and the show very funny!
