Experience Highlights

Step by Step

An activity such as a Mahón cheese workshop in Menorca will create an unforgettable and very original memory. You will find yourself in the middle of the quiet hills of the interior of the island, in an authentic dairy farm that still uses the most traditional methods of cheese wheel production.

There, for approximately 2.5 hours, you will do several activities related to the dairy and its daily operations. First of all, you will be immersed in the daily production of the island's typical Mahón cheese. You will have the opportunity to personalise your own cheese and have it delivered to your home once it has been cured.

The workshop also includes a guided tour of the farm. During the tour, you will get to know the animals they work with up close, and you will even be able to feed the cows and give milk to the calves. You will also learn about traditional Menorcan farming methods.

The final touch will be provided by the delicious cheese tasting. All of them will be home-produced and made on the farm itself, which is invaluable.

This activity is designed for small groups of no more than 6 people, which ensures a more personal and exclusive experience. At the end of the activity, the children will receive a Master Cheese Maker certificate.
