During the evening you will be able to enjoy a menu of up to four typical dishes from Madrid's gastronomy, such as callos a la madrileña (tripe) or bartolillos. A bottle of wine is included at the table.

The waiters will proceed to perform, while serving, singing zarzuelas, which is also known as Spanish opera, a play that contains musical acts. The characters usually represent the working classes and have comic overtones.
