Step by Step

In this activity you will have the opportunity, for about 2 hours, to learn how to cook two of the most emblematic dishes of Spanish culture: paella and salmorejo. In a small group of no more than 10 people, you will receive a class in which you will practice the step-by-step cooking of these two local dishes.

The class will be taught by an expert cookery teacher, in a small group of around 10 people. This will allow you to receive personal attention from the teacher, so that you will learn the recipe of both dishes in the best possible way. Afterwards, you will be able to cook them at home, to enjoy a good meal with family and friends .

You will also learn about the history of these two dishes, and you will learn about their varieties and nutritional properties. At the end of the activity, you will be able to taste a delicious Cordovan wine and relax with your classmates while listening to traditional flamenco music. The teacher will also be able to point out some of the best places to eat and drink in the city, so that you can enjoy the best gastronomic experiences that Cordoba has to offer.
