Discover the history of this house, restored by Gaudí in the early 20th century. Built at the end of the 19th century, it was acquired by Josep Batlló, a wealthy textile entrepreneur with several factories in the city. He commissioned Gaudí to remodel the house, in a project that originally included its demolition.

However, Gaudí managed to convince the businessman not to demolish the building, but to renovate it on the existing base. This is how it was done, and this will allow you to enjoy an incredible visit to a Barcelona monument that holds the title of UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The ticket includes access to the Gaudí Dôme, a space that will offer you an immersive experience to travel to the source of Gaudí's inspiration: nature. Also the Gaudí Cube, the world's first 360º experience, which allows you to travel into the mind of the famous artist. Of course, you will also tour the Noble Floor of the house, access its basement and enjoy incredible views from its rooftop terrace.

This building is located on Barcelona's luxurious Passeig de Gràcia avenue and is not the only example of Modernista style on the aforementioned avenue. Next to it are Casa Amatller (by the architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch), Casa Lleó Morera (by Lluís Domènech i Montaner), Casa Mulleras (Enric Sagnier) and Casa Josefina Bonet (Marcel-li Coquillat). At a distance of about 500 metres we find another renowned work by Gaudí: La Pedrera.
