Note that the Leonardo Express leaves approximately every 15/20 minutes and that the service runs between 6:00 and 23:30 (approximately). In terms of time, you'll reach the heart of the Eternal City in just over 30 minutes and with no luggage restrictions.

The platforms are located outside Terminal 3 (international departures) and even if you arrive at another terminal, it only takes about 10/15 minutes on foot.
