The class will take place in a local restaurant with a professional chef who will share all the secrets and techniques of Guadeloupean cuisine . He will teach you the necessary skills to create a delicious meal and will guide you through the step-by-step of each dish. You will also learn how to make the famous Caribbean cocktail Ti-Punch .
The chef will also teach you how to keep order. From cleaning and preparing the ingredients to cooking and the final presentation. And by working with fresh, high quality ingredients, the dishes will be totally authentic and tasty.
