The options are numerous, very diverse and, above all, very authentic: from traditional Czech cuisine to Italian food and, of course, there are also vegan options. Most of them at very affordable prices. Here are my favourite suggestions for filling your stomach.

Baracnicka Rychta is tucked away in the centre of Mala Strana, in a less touristy area, and is a traditional Czech restaurant that stands out for its fabulous Czech dishes such as goulash, both pork and duck, and knuckle. To round off a perfect meal, there is also the possibility of enjoying an original liqueur from one of the popular local distilleries. The quality-price ratio is ideal and the service is excellent.

If you go as a couple, do not hesitate to order a one-kilo knuckle, ideal for two people, accompanied by one of the best beers in Prague, Svijanský máz, and in summer you have the possibility to eat comfortably on the outdoor terrace.
